What is the history of StartLogic? StartLogic Inc. was started out of Arizona in 1999. What had started out with a 2 employee’s company quickly grew to about 20. From the beginning, our goal was to provide the best web hosting service for an affordable price for businesses in need for web hosting around the world. We as a company believe strongly that without the customer StartLogic would not be where it is right now.
What is it that makes StartLogic a competitive company in the hosting industry? At StartLogic we believe the key to the best business relationships is a thorough understanding of our customers' needs, priorities and expectations. We also believe that satisfied customers are the result of providing prompt, dependable, worthwhile service. We shall always strive to deliver innovative products and state-of-the-art technologies that meet the ever-changing requirements of our customers.

The greatest part about it is that you don’t have to know anything about building a website. Through our free templates and marketing tools you can build a website in no time and promote it anywhere in the world.
How has StartLogic done in accordance to the recent economic conditions? As the economic challenges arose and we were of course worried that our business would not perform as well. However, our customers have proven us wrong. We had the greatest growth ever and were able to actually work on new developments throughout the year.
Where do you see StartLogic and the web hosting industry in three years? Our predictions for the next three years look very good. We believe that our customer base will double within the next three years. We will continue to give our best and expand our product to fit the customers future needs.
How many customers do you currently have? 30,000 Customers as of 3-2005 and growing steadily.
Who are you your more famous clients? We specialize in providing hosting for personal and small business needs. We use to think that all of our customers are famous.
Do you own your own Datacenter? The StartLogic data center is co-located in Phoenix, Ariz., and provides the technology necessary to keep your website or server fully operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The custom designed facility provides redundant optical fiber connections through Cox, Qwest, and ELI, in addition to multiple Internet back-bone providers, including UUNET, Broadwing, and Global Crossing, making scaling bandwidth faster and much more affordable.
What kind of Back up power do you have? The datacenter is completely up to date with redundant power systems including huge diesel generators & a wall of truck batteries.

What connections do you have? 2 Dual OC 48 connections & an OC 192 transcontinental connection.
Do you offer 24/7 support? Yes, we offer email, chat & Toll Free Phone service 24/7/365.
Do you have technicians present 24/7 or 9-5 M-F? Our technicians are present 24/7 through telephone, chat and email.
What is your average turn-around time on a support ticket? A support ticket is answered within a couple of hours. Sometimes even less than 30 minutes depending on how busy it is.
Do you charge your clients for support? If so please explain. There is absolutely no charge for support for our members, the plan is all inclusive & does of course include Free Live 24/7 support
